Guangzhou CanAm International Medical Center is a fully licensed overseas-invested western medical center in Guangzhou, which adopts international medical standards for its services and performance. The Medical Center is located on the 5th Floor of Garden Tower, Garden Hotel, Guangzhou, China.

The Medical Center specializes in primary care and offers a full range of professional medical services of international standard. The services include Family Medicine, Woman's Health Services, Child Health Services, Immunization and Travel Advice, Psychological Counseling, Annual Medical Check-up, Minor Outpatient Surgery and a Dental Clinic. The Medical Center is also equipped with a fully stocked on-site pharmacy, an on-site laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound and ECG. Its well-equipped medical wards allow patients to enjoy a high standard medical care without international travel.

Guangzhou CanAm International Medical Center has an international team of physicians and dentists from America, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. The nursing staff of the Center are highly trained English speaking nurses with years of working experience in hospitals and clinics. Languages spoken by the medical team are English, Japanese,  and many dialects of Chinese.

The Medical Center is not a membership required medical facility. Being available to any patient who needs medical care, the clinic has an appointment system and encourages patient to make an appointment with the doctor he/she intends to see before coming to the Medical Center. Without an appointment, a walk-in patient may not be able to see the physician at the time he/she requests.

Guangzhou CanAm International Medical Center has solid relationships with various hospitals in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, which enables the Medical Center to refer its patient to a suitable medical facility for further and specialty treatment.

The Medical Center has established direct billing program with many major international insurance companies, such as Aetna, Allianz, AXA PPP healthcare, BUPA, CIGNA, IF Industrial Insurance, International Health Insurance danmark,Vanbreda International, etc. The Medical Center also has established links with many third party administrators for direct billing with international insurance companies, such as TieCare, Journeyman Services Ltd., AXA Assistance, Shanghai Wellbe Consulting company, Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd. Through these programmers, Guangzhou CanAm International Medical Center is able to settle patient's medical bills directly with the insurance companies.

Guangzhou CanAm International Medical Center has the privilege of using the cross-boarder ambulance service. This service helps to medically transport emergency patients to suitable medical facilities in Hong Kong or, if it is needed, back to their home countries.

Guangzhou CanAm International Medical Center has links with International Medical Centers in Beijing and Shanghai, and the Chinacare programme, which is supported by the International Exchange Center of the Ministry of Health. These links enable our registered clients not only be treated in the International Medical Centers in Beijing and Shanghai, but also access to an 800-hospital network throughout China for medical referral and emergency aid.
